Is It A Criminal Case To Wear Gaps Clothes? It is a well-known fact that advertising plays a core role in selling goods and popularizing brands. The companies seek for new effective ways of persuading customers to buy their products. Gap, being a leader in a textile industry, found a new way of making the goods famous asking its employees to wear clothes by their own production. But not long ago, Gap Inc. was put under a new lawsuit. It has nothing to do with the accusation in draconian restrictions or low salaries which are usually become a matter initialized against Gap by workers. This time Gaps authorities were accused in forcing its employees to wear clothes by their own production.


This problem is not the core one, but as it concerns humans rights it serves much attention. The appropriate and peaceful way of solving this conflict is to find golden middle the decision which will satisfy both parties: employees and Gaps authorities. It means to change the way clothes look like providing more or less standardize one. Looking deeply into the roots of this problem, makes it possible to understand the factors caused this matter. All people have different background, tastes and fashion priorities. Some of them do not like designs, colors or material of the clothes.


Some of the goods are out of their style. Being a well-known trade mark Gap forces its employees to wear clothes because of some important and explainable reasons. The first one is the purpose of advertising their products. What could be the better than popularizing goods demonstrating them for customers? Primarily, it helps to save money spending on the advertisements and giving vivid examples of the products. This is a very efficient way of advertising not only the brand, but goods also. Customers know what the brand is and how the goods look like exactly at the moment they come into the shop.
